Harvard School of Public Health

If you don’t like measuring out food portions or counting carbs, the plate method is just for you! It gives a visual representation of what a meal should look like without all the counting. The Harvard Plate method, in my opinion, is one of the best plate methods that I have found on the web (Besides my own version here).

UC Davis School of Integrative Medicine
